Success Story: Regional Parking Operator
When a regional parking operator managing locations in six cities across three states needed a general manager in one of their most successful markets, they called on us.
The company had unsuccessfully searched for the new GM for six months using an internal HR team. When we were selected to lead the recruitment for the open position, we started our process with an in-depth look at their unique needs. The GM job description was only one consideration we took: we also analyzed the size and specs of the new GM territory, core competencies needed in candidates, and planned/desired compensation both from the company’s perspective and the market’s.
With these and many other details in mind, we precisely defined what "fit" would mean for both sides of the employment equation. Within two weeks of being hired, we identified and presented three candidates well-suited for the position. Two weeks more and one of those three candidates was hired after completing an internal interview process and DISC assessment. Both candidate and client have been very happy with the match.
