Colleen’s understanding of what makes a business tick comes from her nearly 25 years of parking industry experience, and her insatiable curiosity about superior business. 

Colleen assesses corporate support strategies for organizational growth whether it be shared services, including monthly parking, strategic plans or employee performance, for parking operators, tech providers and public institutions. Rarely do consultants possess such a clear line of sight between results and people performance as well as drive for tangible change—but Colleen does. She investigates and leads all levels of an organization to deliver both financial and intrinsic results.  And she is a hopeless Cleveland sports fan (Go Browns!)

Relevant Experience

  • Oversees Zephire’s business development and client relations strategies and supporting initiatives.

  • Facilitates Strategic Planning sessions for both private and public organizations. Has worked with a number of private parking operators as well as IPMI, GPC, Greenbuild, USGBC, TPTA and NPA.

  • Has published several articles for NPA, IPMI and Parking Today and presented at a number of national conferences on strategic planning and the linkage between the parker experience and financial results.

Well-balanced in parking operational leadership and back office support, Vicki zeros in on recruitment and client consulting projects to improve outcomes putting people first. 

22 years of experience in the parking industry have cross-trained Vicki to manage challenges from the inside out. She approaches client projects from her foundation in Operations and Audit to ensure solutions work in real world scenarios taking into consideration unique parking industry challenges.

Tim’s passion is at the intersection of parking, people and technology where he manages solutions to maximize client services and improve the parker experience.  His expertise in technology, data analytics, and social media helps parking operators leverage Zephire to create new competitive advantages for their business. 

Tim is a people-first technology consultant with over 25 years industry experience in sectors ranging from Parking and Retail to Finance and Transportation.  He enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative, outside-the-box strategies and solutions based on technical innovations offered by Zephire.  He also like Sports, Sports Evolution, SportXercise, traveling, movies, art, books, etc.

  • Solutions Architect and Client Champion for Zephire’s project implementations and support services.

  • Recruiter, researcher and writer for Clients in parking industry that include City of Ft. Lauderdale, Golden State Warriors, Olympia Entertainment and Colonial Parking.

  • Implementation Engineer for companies ranging from small businesses to large Fortune 500 companies in the Retail, Finance, Transport and Research industries.
