Premier Parking – Valet Account Manager (Nashville, TN)
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel valet operations for two boutique hotels which includes managing, hiring, overall performance, and financials. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for developing new business in the surrounding market. You will work with the General Manager and leadership team to prospect, solicit, and close on business.
Duties and Responsibilities

1.) Serve as the main point of contact for all valet parking account management matters.
2.) Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
3.) Attend meetings with client to review customer service levels and financials.
4.) Answer telephone inquiries pertaining to related location promptly and in a professional and courteous manner
5.) Manage a team of associates to ensure that operating procedures are followed and that desired levels of customer service and financial performance are achieved.
6.) Recruits, hires, trains and develops team members to ensure that desired performance levels are achieved.
7.) Communicates expectations and provides guidance/direction as needed;
8.) Holds associates accountable for performance and takes corrective action when needed.
9.) Interacts with client(s) and customers to achieve and maintain positive relationships.
10.) Completes reports and paperwork needed to communicate operational issues, as well as performance of facility and team members.
11.) Prepare and complete monthly financial package in timely and consistent manner
12.) Ensure proper accounting of all revenue and expenses.
13.) Reviews financial reports on an on-going basis and makes operating adjustment as needed to achieve desired financial goals.
14.) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
15.) Maintain and order supplies and parts as needed.
1.) Manage two teams of 10 to 15 valet attendants each.
2.) Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing staff.
3.) Completing required new hire paperwork in a timely manner.
4.) Provide progressive disciplinary action and terminations as needed.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Operations Manager or relevant role.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
