Things You Love To Do

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Networking related production support for Networking infrastructure within HQ and the field (120+ automated garage locations)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues associated with garage location Network infrastructure – firewall (CISCO ASA 5505/5506, 5516), intercoms, cameras, internet service, VPN, security, PCI Compliance, validation scanners, access to 3rd party parking applications and infrastructure

  • Design PCI compliant Networks for garage locations for the following devices and applications: credit card transactions, internet access, validation scanners, intercoms, and IP cameras and integration with Parking Equipment technology servers and workstations (e.g. SkiData, WPS, Amano)

  • Configure firewalls and VPN tunnels for the following devices and applications: credit card transactions, internet access, validation scanners, intercoms, and IP cameras and integration with Parking Equipment technology servers and workstations (e.g. SkiData, WPS, Amano)

  • Monitor and maintain HQ Network – Firewall, Internet, Wireless, IP Telephony, firewalls, VPN, RDP, etc.

  • Setup site-to-site VPN tunnels for new locations

  • Make recommendations to upgrade Network infrastructure

  • Implement appropriate security measures and monitor system security

  • Run PCI scans and resolve compliance issues

  • Review and adjust monitoring and alerting rules across Network infrastructure

  • Configure and maintain monitoring tools - Kaseya and PRTG

  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures

What You Need To Have

  • Cisco 5505 and 5506 Firewalls

  • VPN

  • RDP

  • Terminal Servers

  • Wireless networks

  • Routers and routing protocols

  • Firewalls and security concepts

  • Remote monitoring software – e.g. Kaseya, PRTG

  • Telecommunications / VoIP

  • DNS

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Computer Science, or similar

  • At least 7 years professional work equivalent with 5 years in networking

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working with parking industry specific technologies such as Paris, Geneva, PARCS systems preferred but not required
